Our mission is to allow Asian students to engage with their ethnic heritage through positive events like cultural festivals and social events, as well as learning about cultural foods, heritage languages, and the diverse cultures that make up the Asian region.
Additionally, organizing meetings and workshops on topics relevant to Asian communities, such as language, heritage, and ethnic identity. Finally, collaborating with other cultural clubs and organizations on campus can create a more extensive support network and resources for our members.
At the same time, our objective is to inform the public about the diversity of Asian communities. This will help us create meaningful conversations and unity and understanding between cultures.

The mission of the Biotech club is to further the education of the members in biotechnology and biology, foster ongoing research in the field and promote opportunities for training, internships and employment. In addition, help foster a community within PCC to be able to come together and learn more about science and technology

- Membership is open to any PCC student who wants to join and is interested in the Biotech club. We are an all-inclusive club meaning you do not have to be in the biotech program to join.

- Membership includes access to any official events, meetings, and activities organized by the Club.

- Members have influence over the decisions that are made by the Biotech Club as a whole such as the club’s future direction, events, activities, and FUNDING. Other benefits include fun times!

The mission of the Black Student Union (BSU) is to support and hold an intellectually engaging space for the diverse population of students who identify as Black and/or African-American on the campuses of Portland Community College and the surrounding Portland Metro area.

Membership Benefits
Students (in good standing with Portland Community College) who become members of the Black Student Union are eligible to receive the following benefits:

Treat everyone with compassion. We strive to create a community of non competitive, supportive, open minded collaboration. This allows participants to feel free to express themselves and push the boundaries of their comfort zone as a musician without fear of contempt or judgment.

Do not bully, harass, or discriminate against other club participants.

Members must refrain from drug and alcohol consumption or intoxication during club meetings, events, and field trips. We may take field trips to venues that serve alcohol, but participants of the field trip would still not be allowed to consume alcohol or any other recreational drug.

The primary benefit of being an official member would be the level of influence over the decisions that affect Cascade Music Club as a whole. Only members may vote or propose motions during business meetings, where we may discuss topics such as the club’s future direction and activities. Other benefits include awesome jams and fun times!

The Rock Creek Ceramics Club will offer students the opportunity to work together, or as individuals creating work in the Ceramics Studio. Club members will have the opportunity to participate in organized Art Sales. Proceeds will go to the club fund, to bring in visiting artists or lecturers, sponsor field trips or other outings, purchase materials or equipment, or other items or services deemed suitable by the club.

Delta Alpha Pi is an academic honor society founded to recognize high-achieving students with disabilities who are attending colleges (including community colleges) and universities as undergraduate or graduate students. This dynamic organization celebrates and supports academic achievement, leadership and advocacy for post-secondary students with disabilities.

The Delta Alpha Pi Honor Society offers community connection, academic support, workshops to learn more about disability history and disability justice, opportunities to engage in disability advocacy and leadership, and of course, participation in an Honor Society looks great on a resume! Members of DAP also receive a special pin upon induction, and members who go on to graduate from PCC also get a unique cord for graduation.

Futsal is the only form of indoor soccer endorsed by FIFA. It's a great alternative to outdoor matches during winter and hot summer days. Members can play all year long and make their teams to participate in our futsal tournaments.
