PCC QRCs at Portland Pride Parade

Join the QRCs to participate in the Portland Pride Parade. Decorate our shuttle, step off into the parade, and sing along with our pride playlist!

The Queer Resource Centers at PCC are excited to participate in the annual Portland Pride Parade on July 20, 2025. We want you to join us in the parade! Below is a tentative schedule for the day of the parade. A confirmation email with the final schedule will be sent out in advance. Please note that the route will take approximately 30 minutes to march, at a leisurely pace. The parade is approximately one mile in length and takes place on city streets.

Marchers will receive a free PCC Pride shirt (as supplies last), snacks, water, and so many high-fives!

We don't yet know our meet up location, placement number, or estimated "step off" time. We will hear from Pride NW the 1st or 2nd week of June and we will email you as soon we know. Below is the preliminary schedule (SUBJECT TO CHANGE):

10:45-11:45am: Check in for PCC Marchers (Location TBA)
10:45am: Begin decorating the PCC Shuttle & sign making
11am: Parade officially begins (our contingent won't start marching until later!)
TBA: Group Picture
12:30pm (or so): Estimated marching start time
1:30/2pm: Estimated finish time

*Note: We encourage people to wear their shirt from 2023 or 2024 PCC's Pride contingency if available.
