I hope this email finds you all well and rejuvenated after the summer break! As we gear up for a new academic year, I wanted to take a moment to extend a warm welcome back to each of you.

This year promises to be filled with exciting opportunities, fresh challenges, and plenty of chances to make a lasting impact on our campus community. Your dedication and hard work last year set an amazing precedent, and I’m thrilled to see what we can achieve together in the coming months.
 

BEFORE September 23, 2024, if you are an Officer of an active club:

  1. Complete the Club Officer & Advisor Training in PantherHub

    1. (Highly recommended) Watch this Student Leader Training video

  2. Re-register the club in PantherHub. During that Re-Registration Process, you’ll be asked to: 

    1. Upload the club’s 2024/2025 Constitution. (Be sure that the Constitution aligns with the templates and requirements)

    2. Input at least 8 general club members. You can add more members after the club has been registered.

    3. Tell us what your club’s goals are for the year!

Here's a glimpse of what's on the horizon for CLUBS:


Kickoff Meeting: Let’s prepare to dive right into Fall Term! Meet with us on Zoom, Wednesday, September 18th from 2pm-4pm. We’ll discuss our goals for the year, upcoming events (like the Involvement Fairs), and the NEW PantherHub! 

Involvement Fair(s): Tabling at recruitment events is a powerful way to increase your club’s reach, build connections, and grow your membership base. It’s a worthwhile investment of time and effort that can pay off in enthusiastic new members and a more vibrant club community. RSVP in PantherHub! 

Need some time to work on your Club Poster/Tri-Fold? Visit our offices during the Week 2 Open House events! 

Opportunities for Growth: This year, we’re also focusing on providing more leadership and development opportunities for all of you! Stay tuned for workshops and training sessions that will help us all grow and succeed.
