Spring term is here, and so is an incredible opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills! During Week 2 of the Spring Term, we’re hosting the Club Conference, a week-long series of leadership development sessions designed exclusively for student club and organization leaders.

With four dynamic sessions throughout the week, you’ll gain insights, strategies, and tools to elevate your leadership and make your club thrive.

📅 Session 1: How to Start a New Club

Thinking about starting a new student club? This session will guide you through the process from idea to launch. Learn the steps for registration, securing funding, and building a strong foundation for a successful organization.

📅 Session 2: Marketing and Communication Strategies for Clubs
📍 Tuesday, April 8th | 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Zoom
Want to boost your club’s visibility and engagement? Join us for an interactive workshop designed to help you create attention-grabbing, accessible flyers and master digital outreach! Learn how to craft messages that grab attention, reach the right audience, and make an impact both on campus and online.

✅ Tips for using social media, email, and PantherHub effectively

📅 Session 3: Hosting Digital Events

📅 Session 4: The Panther Way: Stepping Up & Speaking Out
📍 Thursday, April 10th | 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM | In-Person at Rock Creek
Student Engagement Clubs Program + the Outreach & Advocacy Program present a workshop for student leaders! Want to feel more confident handling tough situations? In this interactive workshop, you'll learn practical ways to step in, de-escalate conflict, and support others when challenges come up at work or in your student center.
✅ Learn how to navigate difficult conversations with confidence
✅ Gain easy-to-use strategies for stepping in and supporting others
✅ Explore key resources available to student leaders

This workshop is designed for student leaders, including:

• Club Officers in Registered Student Organizations

• Student Employees in other PCC offices like AEDR, Career Services, and more!
