Keep your club going strong for 2025-2026!
It’s that time of year again! To ensure your club remains active for the 2025–2026 academic year, follow these steps:
Step One: Officer Submits Re-Registration Form
Complete the Re-Registration Form on PantherHub by going to your Officer Dashboard and selecting the "Group Registration" button in the blue bar at the top of the page!

Clubs must submit the re-registration form by June 30th, 2025. Completion of Steps Two, Three, and Four is due by August 15th, 2025!

Update Your Club’s Officer Roster

Submit an Updated Club Constitution

Let us know about your BIG plans for next year!
✅ Clubs that do not complete re-registration by the deadline will be considered inactive and lose access to funding, event reservations, and other benefits.
Step Two: Officers and Advisors Accept Positions
After the Re-Registration Form has been submitted, all listed Officers and Advisors will receive an email notification with a clickbox to accept their position. Accepting the position provides you access to the training checklist!
Step Three: Advisors Review and Approve the Form
Advisors need to review and approve the Workflow attached to the Re-Registration.

Step Four: Officers and Advisors Complete Training
Successful completion of the Training Checklist (in PantherHub) by Officers and Advisors is required before the Re-Registration will be approved.
The training checklist can be found by logging into PantherHub, clicking on the left sidebar, click on “My Activity”, then click on “My Checklist”. Click here for a visual guide: How to Access the Club Officer/Advisor Training Checklist
READY TO GO!
Once all of the above steps are completed, the Clubs Program can approve your club's Re-Registration and the club will be considered fully registered and active for Fall Term!
