The thing I hear most from students is some version of "I'm not sure I'm a leader."
You do not need a title, a position, or past experience. In MCLP, leadership is something you practice: showing up, listening, reflecting, and helping build the space for the people around you.
Most of the men in this program started exactly where you are. If you want to grow and you are willing to be honest in a room with other men of color at PCC, you are ready for this.
