MCLP is open to any PCC student and primarily serves self-identifying men of color. The cohort pulls from different campuses, majors, ages, and points in college.
You do not need a leadership title or a clear plan for your future. What the men in this program share is wanting a place where they do not have to explain themselves to belong.
