MCLP is a group of men of color at PCC who go through two terms together on purpose.
Same faces each week, honest conversation about identity and leadership, and people who notice when you are not in the room.
That is the part students tell me they did not expect: how quickly it stops feeling like a program on your schedule and starts feeling like a group of people who have your back.
