Applications are open for the Men of Color Leadership Program (MCLP) Winter 2027 cohort.
MCLP is a purposeful community where men of color at PCC connect, reflect, grow, and practice leadership together. You do not have to move through college alone.
What you get:
- A two-term course sequence with tuition covered, up to 7 credits: CG 190, Intercultural Leadership for Mentors (3 credits) in Winter 2027, then CG 191, Exploring Identity and Diversity (4 credits) in Spring 2027
- One-on-one guidance or mentorship with the program coordinator
- Community gatherings across PCC campuses and a spring leadership retreat
- Chances to mentor, facilitate, volunteer, and serve
You do not need leadership experience. You just need to be willing to show up and grow with people who want to see you succeed.
Space in the cohort is limited, so submit the interest form as early as you can. Once I receive it, I'll reach out to schedule a conversation about the program.

P.S. Already part of MCLP or finished the program? Then this one is not for you. Send it to a student you think would be a good fit.
